About
Nathan joined Long and Foster from the construction, engineering, and development side of real estate. He started his real estate career in land development as a civil engineer where he learned real estate from the ground up designing utilities, roads, and stormwater management for new communities. When he moved to DC, he joined the urban development world as a construction manager where he negotiated project budgets, while coordinating architects and contractors. He uses these experiences to not only help clients understand their properties but also help them through the negotiation and contract process.
